Workshops

workshops

I offer various workshops across the year, both online and in person.

My workshops and trainings weave BodySoul work, movement, creativity, dream work and the myth and story work of Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Often our workshops also include a candlelit labyrinth walk.

I trained with Marion Woodman and have completed the Leadership Training Program with the Marion Woodman Foundation . For the past 6 years I have attended trainings at the Institute for Archetypal and Cross-Cultural studies with Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes, beloved author of “Women who run with the Wolves”.

I am offering an online labyrinth gathering in June for the Summer Solstice. If you’ve worked with me before and would like to join us then do get in touch for further information.

Testimonials

Jay holds a group with: dynamic stillness, rigorous gentleness, fluid embodiment and loving truth.
— AR
Across the many, rich dimensions of her work, both in person and online, Jay consistently creates a safe container and community for deep, embodied soul work which integrates the sacred with the precious ‘here and now’ of everyday life.
— JJ
I have found Jay’s workshops to be rich and deep, enabling each participant to make use of the themes and the material in their own way. They also helped me through some difficult periods such as Covid by putting us in touch with sources of stability and meaning within us all. The workshops are always well prepared. The rhythm of marking the equinoxes and solstices was very helpful with the Labyrinth days.

I can’t recommend Jay’s workshops more highly.
— PG
Jay is one of the most skilled facilitators I’ve ever met. She provides framework, offers clear invitations, ensures safe space and somehow finds time to include a rich diversity of engagement in short workshops. I really like the way she doesn’t waste time!! We join for a reason and her techniques encourage us to drop in to the work deeply. I’ve walked labyrinths with Jay, danced, drawn images, and listened to many stories and myths. These different ways of connecting with my spirit, my soul and different levels of consciousness have drawn them together to be more integrated, more everyday as well as magical.

Jay has deep understanding of the myths and stories that she brings for us to explore; and at the same time she is open to the unique experience that every participant has and can offer to the collective.

I was sceptical that we could transfer to online work and retain this special, safe and magical journey together, but somehow Jay has achieved this; even with a group of 12 or so, she can ensure that everyone is heard and is connecting with the process that we share.
— SM
I’ve attended Jay’s Labyrinth Days for years and have found them full of fun, joy and inspiration. I’ve always had a wonderful time, met so many brilliant women, and come away feeling uplifted, and at the same time more grounded. Jay offers a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for women to explore their life journey and brings her own beautiful energy to the days. For me, every labyrinth experience is wonderful, but Jay’s labyrinth days are very special.
