SoulCollage© is a wonderfully simple and yet profound process created by Seena B. Frost in the late 1980s whilst she was studying with Jean Houston.

Making SoulCollage© cards is fun! It is easy, creative and playful. Using images, scissors and glue you create collaged 5x8 cards that resonate with a specific energy or impulse within you. Creating cards is a personal process of self-discovery and your cards are used only by you, the one who made them.

Creating cards which contain symbols and images that speak to you is a way to give form and voice to some of the many aspects of who you are. The cards can bring meaning and wisdom and connect you to the guides, allies, challengers and deeper insights that lies within you. Your deck of SoulCollage cards will become a reflection of your inner self!
