Booking an initial session is a good way to explore whether working with me is a good fit for you. I think that one of the most important parts of the therapeutic journey is working with someone that you feel comfortable with and I would invite anyone beginning the journey of therapy to contact a few different therapists or counsellors to find the best and most comfortable fit.
