A counselling or therapy session is a place where you can be listened to with acceptance and without judgement, where you can explore thoughts and feelings, about yourself, your life and your relationships in a safe, accepting and confidential environment.
It is also a place where you can become more aware of, and challenge, the deeply held beliefs and assumptions that keep you from the possibility of a richer and more harmonious life. The journey, or process, of therapy can help you to understand how present difficulties and past experiences may be linked. This leads to greater self awareness and personal growth and an opportunity to choose to have things be different in the future.
